Intuitive Couselor

Drawing from a lifetime rich in experience and wisdom, I offer a unique blend of healing tools for my clients. By incorporating my most current training as a Certified Intuitive Counselor with my past trainings as a Hellerwork Practitioner and a licensed nurse, I bring an educational and healing experience to a wide variety of individuals and groups.

Since I was 10 years old, I have been fascinated by the human systems and followed my passion to create my career in healing arts. 

In 1975, I became a nurse and worked in a busy orthopedic clinic where I learned extensively how the body moves and heals.

In 1986, more interested than ever in body healing, I was introduced to Hellerwork. This practice allowed me to integrate structural bodywork, movement education, and self-awareness dialogue; all keys to living to our full potential.

In 1999, my passion was focused on the Intuitive System. Realizing the validity of the unseen world, I studied with Drs. Caroline Myss and Norm Shealy about encouraging people's healing journey by making their personal energy management a top priority.

My desire and commitment is to invite people to live from their passion and I strive to empower people to be impassioned with their work and with their healing. I draw from teachings of healers and educators such as Caroline Myss, Norm Shealy, Joseph Heller, Angeles Arrien, Starhawk, Christiane Northrup, and Carolyn Conger and Karla McLaren.

Through my array of life experiences and compassion for others, I create an opportunity for you to deepen your understanding of how you enliven your body, interact with others, and participate in and direct your personal life journey.

Over the past 15 years, I have studied with:

Joseph Heller – Founder of Hellerwork, an internationally-renown program using a unique and powerful combination of deep-tissue structural bodywork, movement education and dialogue.

Caroline Myss PhD - An internationally-renown medical intuitive, lecturer, educator and author who is respected as the leading pioneer in the medical intuitive field.  She is also the best selling author of Anatomy of the Spirit and Sacred Contracts.

Dr. Norm Shealy - a Harvard trained neurosurgeon, with an interest in the science of medical intuition, who co-created an educational program to teach the Science of Medical Intuition with Caroline Myss. He is also the Founding President, American Holistic Medical Association.

Carolyn Conger - Consultant and teacher who conducts international seminars internationally in psychological growth, healing, dream work, intuition, creativity, and spirituality.

Angeles Arrien - A cultural anthropologist, award-winning author, educator, and consultant to organizations and businesses who bridges cultural anthropology, psychology, and comparative religions.

Dr. Christiane Northrup – A noted author and visionary who finds that lasting health and wholeness are only possible when we discover and practice behaviors associated with true health and wholeness.

Starhawk - One of the most respected voices in modern earth-based spirituality. She is also well-known as a global justice activist and organizer, whose work and writings have inspired many to action.
